馬來西亞一名27歲孝順女見父母住所睡房殘舊，睡床甚至有床蝨，決定兄弟姐妹合力為兩老翻新房間，並夾份添置新家具，父母看到新睡房均驚喜不已。

綜合外媒報道，27歲女子努阿茲娃現在新加坡任職收銀員，其父親為麵包店廚師，母親則是家庭主婦，兩老居於馬來西亞的組屋，多年來都非常節儉，床褥也是子女用過，即使已出現床蝨，為免浪費一直不願更換。
她又指母親喜歡收藏雜物，物品擺滿客廳和睡房，「連2005年的工資單、電視機紙箱都還在，我們兄弟姐妹在學校得到的獎盃等，有些已有15年歷史，都收藏在臥室」。

子女見父母睡房破舊，經商討後決定偷偷為兩老大翻新，重新粉飾睡房，換新床和床褥，為他們送上驚喜。子女共花費約2,000令吉（約3,400港元），為父母翻新睡房，包括購買家具和髹油，「雖然我們買不起豪華昂貴的臥室，但這是我們回報父母的方式」。
父母見成果感動落淚
從網傳影片可見，他們重新鋪上地墊、將青綠色和灰色牆身髹成米白色、清走剝落的石屎、替木門和天花髹油，添置櫥櫃、衣櫃和梳妝枱，以及最重要的床褥。片中可見母親踏入房間時，不知道子女為她準備的驚喜，還問︰「我的床呢？」當父母看到全新的房間時大為感動，母親掩面落淚，父親則親吻女兒道謝。
